News for USA and Canada: in customs

Ladies & Gentlemen,
The vessel to USA containing a lot of Exodus boxes has reach Philadelphia and it now in customs - a process which we do not know how long will take - but the good news is that historically it has been less than a week. After that, it will be a matter of days before your packages are processes and sent.
We are in a similar situation in Canada, the shipment is in customs, waiting to be processed and then released. We hope that by the end of the month all packages will be either on the way or in your hands.
As soon as we have more news, we will post another update.

Tracking numbers for Europe. Status update for everyone.

Ladies & Gentlemen,
Here is where we stand with each region:
1. EU + Norway, Switzerland, Iceland
All rewards packed and mostly awaiting pick-up. There is a list of tracking numbers below:

In this list, please use your backer no (or BackerKit order no in case of preorders post KS) to find your tracking number and the link where you can track it. Please also keep an eye on your package, so you do not miss delivery.
2. USA, Canada
Game boxes are still en route to destination ports, with ETA of 23-Oct to reach customs (for both USA - New York and Canada - Toronto). This might be a bit optimistic according to FedEx, but this is the official status. We expect small delays for both shipments based on how crowded ports are this time of year, but we keep our fingers crossed for speedy processing.
3. Rest of the world
All reward have been shipped out quite a while ago. Your tracking numbers are in the same file (see link above), so please keep track of your package so you do not miss delivery.

All rewards on the way

Ladies & Gentlemen,
Today we have prepared and shipped out of our warehouse the last batch of Event Horizon rewards.
Here is a short update by region:
1) USA - all games part of the reward to American backers are on a vessel en route to Funagain games. We do not have tracking from FedEx yet, but the ship is due to arrive to port of New York in the last third of October.
2) Canada - same as USA, with the exception that shipment is due in customs about 4 days earlier (shorter transit time)
3) EU - your games are en route to a local fulfillment center in Poland, which will pack (next week) and then immediately ship out all rewards. We will follow with tracking numbers as soon as we have them.
4) Rest of the world - it's been a while since your rewards are out of our door, some (Singapore, a few in Israel, Malaysia, China or Russia) have already arrived. We have no control over the transit times for these packages, but the rate of lost packages is close to zero.
As soon as we have more information on the status of various packages, we will post an update again.

Shipping games for US+Canada

Ladies & Gentlemen,
This update concerns backers from USA and Canada mostly.
At the end of this week, you game boxes (Event Horizon, plus everything else you have ordered) will start their journey to our fulfillment centers in US (Funagain) and Canada (BoardGameBliss).
The export paperwork is getting processes ahead of the actual shipping date, so that when FedEx picks up our pallets they will be quickly placed onto the next available vessel.
As soon as games reach the respective fulfillment centers, they will immediately proceed to picking, packing and shipping them off to... you!
As far as we know now from FedEx, transit times for both destinations is about 1 month, but this may change according the weather condition and how busy the customs will be at the time of arrival into port.
EU bound games will be dealt with by the end of the month, but we still expect these games to reach backers in Europe ahead of the North American ones, even if by a few days.

Below, you can find a list of tracking numbers. You can find your package based on your backer number, or, in case of preorders via BackerKit, your order id.

Please keep an eye on your parcels. Transit times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks (as far as we have noticed some packages to Singapore have already arrived). This transit time is beyond our control and so far we have detected no pattern when it comes to the Polish Post and their choice of delivery. On thing is consistent though, the number of lost packages is close to zero.
We will keep you updated as more packages are getting prepared and/or shipped out.
